Nigeria Is in a State of Emergency (The Atlantic Wire)

The Atlantic Wire - Nigerian president Goodluck Jonathan declared a state of emergency in four of the country's 36 states on Saturday after attacks apparently led by radical Muslims, in his words, "gradually evolved into terrorist activities."
