Afghan Civilian Deaths Rise Dramatically; Can Troops Withdraw? (ContributorNetwork)

ContributorNetwork - ANALYSIS | A recent report by the United Nations claims civilian deaths in Afghanistan are at their highest levels since the war began in late 2001. The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan blames insurgents for 80 percent of the deaths, totaling 1,462 civilians from January to June 2011.
