In Quotes: Rivalries at U.N. Prevent Syrian Condemnation (ContributorNetwork)

ContributorNetwork - Russia and France butted heads at the United Nations Security Council, with French Foreign Minister Alain Juppe calling it a "scandal" that a resolution hadn't been adopted condemning the Syrian government's violence against its own people.
