Jalil speaks in Tripoli, Gaddafi men attack refinery (Reuters)

Reuters - Libya's interim leader has made his first public speech in Tripoli, warning against reprisals after loyalists of the ousted Muammar Gaddafi struck out at the revolutionaries pursuing them.
