Niger says would respect court commitments on Gaddafi (Reuters)

Reuters - Niger would respect its commitments to the International Criminal Court if Libya's Muammar Gaddafi or his sons entered the country, the head of President Mahamadou Issoufou's cabinet told Reuters on Friday.
